Canyons School District is proud to offer a comprehensive benefit package to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 hours or more per week.  We strive to bring clarity to the insurance enrollment process in order to ensure that employees receive benefits that suit their individual needs.  We encourage all Canyons District employees and their families to live healthy, active lives.

Important Notice: Recent legislation has reduced the administrative burden regarding 1095C’s.  Employers are no longer required to distribute 1095C forms as long as there are alternative method’s for obtaining this form.  The 1095C information will be made available the to all benefit eligible employees through Skyward Employee Access.  They will be posted no later than March 3, 2025 for the 2024 benefit year.  To request a paper copy, email Insurance@canyonsdistrict.org or send a written request to: Canyons School District, Insurance Department 9361 S. 300 E Sandy, Utah 84070.  A paper copy will be sent within 30 day of the receipt of the request. – Jan 31, 2025
