Menu Prices

Menu prices will remain the same for the 2024-2025 school year! See below for the current prices and check the “Monthly Meal Prices” document to see a breakdown of prices by month. 

Monthly Meal Prices 24-25

Meals served to enrolled students at Canyons School District are reimbursable, meaning they are subsidized by federal and state funds (based on income). Adults, second meals, and meals served to non-enrolled students are not reimbursable and are not subsidized. Nutrition Services strives to keep the cost for nonreimbursable meals as low as possible.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

Lucie Chamberlain

Alta View Elementary

If a movie about super teachers were ever made, Lucie Chamberlain would be a prime candidate for a leading role. Fortunately for her kindergarten students at Alta View Elementary, she already thrives in a supporting role for them. Parents thank her for being a “super teacher.” She is also described as an “amazing colleague.” Whether students need help in the classroom or from home while sick, Lucie goes above and beyond to help them learn, overcome fears, and feel important and cared for. Lucie is the reason a number of kids went from hating school to loving it, according to parents. The way she exudes patience, sweetness, positive energy, and love for her students with special needs melts is appreciated and admired. One parent noted: “Both my kids wish she could be their teacher forever.” Another added:  “She treats every student like their learning and their feelings are her priority.” Super teacher, indeed!
