1.  9-Month Employees:
   • Years 1 through 5 — 7 days
   • Years 6 through 10 — 8 days per year
   • Years 11 through 15 — 9 days per year
   • Years 16 and beyond — 10 days
   • Maximum sick leave accumulation — 180
2.  10-Month Employees:
   • Years 1 through 5 — 7 days
