Policy 410.06 – Personal Security and Safety
The Board of Education is committed to the protection of employees and a safe work environment. The Board recognizes the need for a policy governing the protection of employees and a reporting procedure to address incidents of verbal or physical conduct that may be harmful or abusive to employees in the workplace.
Policy 400.021 – Sexual Harassment (Title IX)
The Board of Education is committed to providing an educational and working environment in which all students and employees are treated with respect and dignity and have equitable opportunities for learning, participation, or work. A fundamental component of this commitment is to maintain an environment free from discrimination based on sex, or sexual harassment.
Policy 400.01 – Employee Conduct and Professionalism
It is the desire of the Board of Education that all interactions between employees (as well as independent contractors, on-site vendors, authorized volunteers) and students are professional and appropriate.
