Policy 420.04 Exhibit 2 – Level Two Benefit ESP Employees

ASSOCIATED ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATION:
420.04-8

ADOPTED:

Level Two Benefit ESP Employees shall be allowed up to fifteen (15) sick bank days according to the following schedule:

Days of Accumulated Sick Leave at Beginning of Contract Year

Number of Days that 40% of Daily Rate will be Deducted

Sick Bank Days Allowed At Full Pay
