Policy 420.04 Exhibit 3 – Level Three Benefit ESP Employees

Level Three Benefit ESP Employees shall be allowed up to forty (40) sick bank days according to the following schedule:

Days of Accumulated Sick Leave at Beginning of the Contract Year Number of Days that 40% of Daily Rate will be Deducted Sick Bank Days Allowed At Full Pay
