President Obama will deliver his Back-To-School speech at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14, the White House has announced.
The President will deliver the speech from Philadelphia’s Julia R. Masterman Laboratory and Demonstration School, a 2010 National Blue Ribbon School. The speech will be live-streamed at www.whitehouse.gov/live. The White House calls the speech an opportunity for the President to speak directly to students across the country. Last year, President Obama encouraged students to study hard, stay in school, and take responsibility for their education.
Canyons Schools will stream the speech live or show a DVD of the speech later in the day. Click here for more information.
