Canyons District is pleased to announce new leadership appointments.
The following have accepted new administrative roles in Canyons District schools:
- Chip Watts, who most recently served as an Assistant Principal at Union Middle, will become the new Assistant Principal at Midvale Elementary. He replaces Assistant Principal Jessica Vidal, who resigned to pursue other opportunities.
- Brooke Rauzon, who is serving as the Achievement Coach at East Sandy, will become an Assistant Principal at Union Middle. She takes the position previously held by Watts.
The Board of Education approved the appointments on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2015. The appointments became effective Monday, Jan. 29, 2015.
