Extended School Year Employment Opportunity
We need certified teachers, related service providers and paraeducator/paraprofessionals* to work for half days during the month of June 2024.
*Paraeducators must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
ESY eligibility is an IEP team decision based on multiple factors and supported by data, tied to a specific IEP Goal.

Extended School Year Form and Procedures - Important dates
Complete each of the following THREE steps for students to attend ESY:
1. Parent Intent Form (updated for 2025) for Attendance at ESY – Please have parent(s) fill out for each student eligible. Once completed and returned , fill out the online form listed below.
DUE APRIL 30
2. Fill out ONLINE FORM (ready to use now!) upon receipt of Parent Intent form from parents. This Google form now includes ALL ESY student information. No hard copies need to be submitted. Must be filled out for all students who are eligible for ESY 2025 whether they are attending or not.
DUE LAST DAY OF CONTRACT
3. Submit Curriculum, Data Sheets & Behavior Plans for each student attending ESY to Jordan Vally School.
