Attendance/Absence Incentive
The Superintendent and District Administration recognize it is in the best interest of students to have employees on the job each contract day and establishes an Attendance Incentive Program for qualifying employees. Please refer to the following District Policies for more information about the program:
The Attendance Incentive, also called the Absence Incentive, is calculated based on the number of “No Pay Days” taken during a school year. Because of this, it cannot be calculated until after June 30.
