Food Handlers Permits

A valid and current food handlers permit is required for all kitchen positions.

To obtain a food handlers permit online, visit statefoodsafety.com and select “Food Handlers Card”.

In-person classes and tests are offered the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at Entrada High School (825 East 9085 South in Sandy) at either 10:30 am or noon. For more information or to register for a test, please call 801-826-6675.
