2025 Insurance Open Enrollment: Oct 28 – Nov 8

Health Insurance Open Enrollment for 2025 is mandatory for all benefit eligible employees. If you are benefit eligible, you will need to log into the enrollment system and confirm or decline your elections for the 2025 benefit year during the enrollment window of Oct 28 – Nov 8 at 5:00 pm.  

Open Enrollment will be online through Employee Navigator.   You can access the system anytime to review your current coverage or enter a qualifying event. The Open Enrollment process will only be available between October 28, 2024 and November 08, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Elections made during Open Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2025.  

Benefit Fair: There are minimal changes to the District’s benefits for 2025.   As a result we will not have and an in-person Benefit Fair.  In lieu of the an in-person Benefit Fair we have assembled all of the benefit resources to one convenient webpage as a Virtual Benefit Fair.  We will also have two Enrollment clinics in the computer lab next to the Canyons Center where the Insurance Department staff will be on hand to answer your questions and to assist you through the enrollment process.  We are continuing to provide online resources through the Virtual Benefit Fair.  Our Insurance Carriers are prepared to continue to answer your questions through their customer service phone centers.  Click the button below to access the Virtual Benefit Fair.  

Enrollment System: Employee Navigator is the District’s enrollment system. When you are ready to enroll, click on the button below and it will take you to the enrollment tool login page.   

 

Enrollment Assistance: If you would like to receive enrollment assistance there are two ways we can assist you.  We will have two Enrollment Workshops as well as One-On-One Enrollment Appointments with the Insurance Departments Staff.

These clinics will assist employees on a first come first serve basis.  The clinic will be in the computer lab next to the Canyons Center.  

One-On-One Appointments:

In addition you can also schedule and appointment to work with a member of the insurance team to complete your enrollment.  Each appointment should last between 15 and 20 minutes.  To schedule an appointment click on the link below.

Alta View Elementary

If a movie about super teachers were ever made, Lucie Chamberlain would be a prime candidate for a leading role. Fortunately for her kindergarten students at Alta View Elementary, she already thrives in a supporting role for them. Parents thank her for being a “super teacher.” She is also described as an “amazing colleague.” Whether students need help in the classroom or from home while sick, Lucie goes above and beyond to help them learn, overcome fears, and feel important and cared for. Lucie is the reason a number of kids went from hating school to loving it, according to parents. The way she exudes patience, sweetness, positive energy, and love for her students with special needs melts is appreciated and admired. One parent noted: “Both my kids wish she could be their teacher forever.” Another added:  “She treats every student like their learning and their feelings are her priority.” Super teacher, indeed!
