Who can help me if I’m having trouble logging in to my Skyward account?
On rare occasions, Canyons District’s computer engineers have to take Skyward offline for routine maintenance and upgrades. To avoid disruptions for employees, students and families, efforts are made to schedule these upgrades over holidays or weekends—and the next upgrade is scheduled to take place with the start of Spring Recess on Monday, April 1. The Skyward portal for students will be unavailable starting at 6 p.m. that evening, and the portal used by employees will be pulled offline at 9 p.m. Both systems are expected to be back up and fully operational the next morning (Tuesday) by 6 a.m. If you encounter problems with Skyward outside scheduled maintenance periods, help is on the way! CSD’s Information Technology Department has established a Help Desk to assist teachers, employees, students and guardians with difficulties they experience in Skyward. If you wish to update your personal Skyward settings, have forgotten your password, or are having other complications, please contact our Help Desk and they will be happy to assist you at 801-826-5544 during regular office hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
